Privacy Policy - the basics

Effective date: 08/01/2026

All Star Taekwondo ("we," "us," or "our") operates allstartkd.org (the "Site"). We are a martial arts school in Diamond Bar, California, serving families since 2007. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this simple because we believe trust starts with being clear.

Information we collect

When you contact us through the Site — by filling out a form, requesting a free trial, or sending an inquiry — we may collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, your child's name, your email address, and your phone number.

We do not process payments through this Site, so we do not collect or store credit card or banking information here.

Our Site may also automatically collect standard technical information (such as browser type and general location) through our website platform, Wix, to help the Site function and to understand general visitor activity.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to:

Respond to your questions and inquiries
Schedule and follow up on free trial classes
Share information about our programs, schedules, and events with families who have contacted us

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Children's privacy

We work with children every day, and we take their privacy seriously. Our Site is directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this Site. Any information about a child (such as a child's name for a trial class) is provided by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect your information

We use our website platform's standard security measures to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.

Third-party services

Our Site is built and hosted on Wix. Wix may process certain technical data as part of providing its platform. You can review Wix's own privacy practices at wix.com.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to review, update, or delete the personal information we have about you. Just contact us using the information below and we will take care of it.
